A: The first impression a customer or potential customer gets depends on the appearance of your website. A visitor will be interested and explore your site if it is appealing and easy to navigate.      Q: I want to establish a strong presence on the Web. But where do I start?
A: The four easy steps we provide below will guide you in the direction of a professionally designed, developed and marketed Website.
One: Domain Name (URL) Registration -- This is the address people will use to access your Website (www.yourcompany.com). Once you have determined that the URL you wish to use is available, the cost to register a name is anywhere from $8.00 to $35.00 per year. A domain name needs to be renewed every year.
Two: Design of the Website -- This is where the look, feel, and content of the Website are determined and created.
Three: Hosting Your Website on a Web Server -- This is basically where you rent space on a computer that is always connected to the Internet. Price will vary, depending on the amount of disk space you will have and the connection to the Internet.
Four: Marketing Your Website -- You should be thinking about the marketing of your Website as it is being designed. The content of the site needs to reflex the search terms if you want your site to appear on search engines.

Q: How much input do I have?
A: The more input we receive from you the better able we will be to satisfy your needs and produce a site that will have the desired look and impact that you want. It's your Website, we want it to look the way you want it.

Q: If I already have a site. Can you help me improve it?
A: Yes. We can usually redesign or freshen up an existing site quicker, and for less money than building one from scratch. Whether your company's Website "doesn't look professional", takes too long to load or the navigation is baffling to visitors, we can help.

Q: What does Website Maintenance' or 'Website Updates' mean?
A: Website Maintenance or Website Updates refers to changes made to your Website after the initial design & setup. Keeping a Website up-to-date is essential in having repeat visitors to your site. A: Our firm has developed Websites for clients all over the United States, we can design a site for out of state clients just as easily as those in our city.

Q: How long will it take for my Website to be designed?
A: The timescale of a Website design project is generally dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavour to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation of a site is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.

Q: Will I have to sign an agreement?
A: Yes. Our contract is a written and signed mutual agreement. A typical agreement lasts one or two years.

Q: Do I have to keep my Website with you forever, or can I move it to another supplier to host it if I wish?
A: You may move your Website to another web hosting service at any time. Once your Website design has been completed, we send you a copy of the Website on cd. This copy of your Website is for your retention

Q: In what format should I supply words and photographs about my business for my new Website?
A: It is helpful to us if you are able to provide text and photographs in electronic form - for example, the files output by a digital camera and the words in MS word or similar format. If this is not possible, we can help get your information ready for use on the Website.

Q: Will my Website design be" Search Engine" friendly?
A: All our Websites are created with search engines in mind and the Website design is compliant with search engine guidelines. It is a good idea for your Website to be re-evaluated in time as over a period of time the search engines do alter their rules and algorithms and you will want to be certain that your Website is kept up to date and complies with new rules etc.

Q: Will everyone see my Website the same?
A: Your Website visitors will see some things differently depending on their browser, screen resolution setting and their individual computer settings and toolbars. We design sites with that in mind and preview them in several browser types and resolution settings before publishing. Obviously as technology alters then eventually all Websites may need reevaluation.

Q: Can I get e-mail with my Website?

A: There are various methods availably to you. We would need to talk to you to established you requirements and the best method for your company. There are essentially two main methods of accepting credit cards. The first method is where you use your own pdq. card machine and process the card payment yourself and the second method uses an online clearance company. Once you are sure which method you wish to use, we can design accordingly.
